THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11218 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to I.D.No.32 of 2001 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur and quash the award dated 10.12.2003. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that the second respondent retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
