When the matter is listed on 02.06.2015, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Again when the matter is listed on 18.06.2015 none appeared for the petitioner and this Court ordered the case to be listed on 23.06.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even, to-day when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter diligently. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall stand closed. No costs.
