2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have settled the matter out side the court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the criminal petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
