This writ petition is filed declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Draft Memo No.G2/19134/2011 dated 01.12.2011, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26527 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.26527 of 2016. No order as to costs. Office is to append a copy of the order in W.P.No.26527 of 2016, dated 27.08.2016.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
