This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.858 of 2015 in O.S.No.781 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Srikakulam. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
