When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the revision does not survive for adjudication. He further submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner to avail the remedies available under law.

In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.
