When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, that the 2nd respondent is not interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner herein and they will not interfere so long as the permission granted in favour of the petitioner herein is in force. It is further submitted that if there are any deviations from the sanctioned plan, the respondents will take action, strictly in accordance with law.

The said statement of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. It is open for the respondents to take action in the event of finding any deviation from the sanctioned plan Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
