THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.42116 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the Tahsildar, Mominpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 4th respondent, is not considering her application for mutating her name in the revenue records with respect to the land admeasuring Acs.2.18 guntas in Survey No.69/AA of Govindapur Village, Mominpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner states that she has filed a notice issued by the 4th respondent bearing No.B/102/2015, dated 24.07.2015, informing that the next date of hearing was 01.08.2015 for further enquiry. However, thereafter no proceedings are taken and it is alleged that no further enquiry is held.

In the circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to fix an early date notifying the parties, hear them and pass appropriate orders by completing the enquiry, expeditiously, preferably before the end of February, 2016.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
