THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5409 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner-defendant assailing the order dated 14.10.2011 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, passed in I.A.No.1609 of 2011 in OS.no.1307 of 2005 filed by the defendant under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to reopen the suit to examine the Village Revenue Officer and Mandal Revenue Officer. The note of the Registry would show that as per the information obtained from the trial Court, the afore-said Suit itself was disposed of on 31.07.2012. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
