THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20226 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 02.11.2015, in W.P.No.35532 of 2015 of this Court and the same is not disputed by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for R.2. A copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the impugned proceedings, dated 17.05.2018, of the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to reconsider the petitioner's application without reference to the draft master plan and communicate its decision to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 02.11.2015, in W.P.No.35532 of 2015 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
