The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing call letters for the interviews scheduled to be conducted from 30.05.2007 to the post of Junior Lineman as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, by order dated 30.05.2007, granted interim direction to the respondents to permit the petitioners to appear for the interview and written test subject to the petitioners satisfying the eligibility criteria contained in the employment notification. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
