S.G.Ramappa, S/O. Late S.G. Veeranna, v. State Of Telangana, Represented By Its
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.2949 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 to 6 are interfering with his personal life and liberty and threatening him at the instance of respondents 7 to 9. The petitioner states that he has taken some money from respondents 7 to 9 by executing promissory note. For repayment of the amount, at the instance of respondents 7 to 9, respondents 3 to 6 are pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute with respondents 7 to 9 by calling him from their mobile numbers and threatening to implicate him in criminal case. The learned Government Pleader has received instructions from the 3rd respondent, which state that the petitioner was never called by the respondents at any point of time nor threatened him as alleged by the petitioner. The allegations made by the petitioner are denied.
Apparently, when there is no case or complaint is received against the petitioner with regard to commission of any cognizable offence, respondents 3 to 6 have no role to play with regard to civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondents 7 to 9. Since the 3rd respondent stated that respondents never called nor threatened the petitioner, the same is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
