Leamed standing counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue also submitted that there is no interference with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P. No.349-s7 of 2025 by order dated 19.11.2025 and prayed to grant similar relief in favour ofpetitioner herein.

In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition IS disposed of, directing respondent authorities not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the property bearrng H.No.3-lRa0009 admeasuring 486.66 -square yards situated at Ramnagar,
E#rw, Budhakalan, Bellampally Municipality, Mancherial District, without following due process of law. However, respondent authorities are at liberty to take action against the petitioner, by issuing prior notice to the petitioner, by affording opportunity of hearing to him, in accordance with law. There shal1 be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
