Chakali Narayana v. State Of Telangana And 3 Other
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23338 OF 2019 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2.
Aggrieved by the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, petitioners preferred revision under Section 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 on 13.09.2019 acknowledged by the office of the Joint Collector on 16.09.2019. Alleging inaction in disposing of the said revision, this Writ Petition is filed.
3.
Having regard to the fact that the revision was entertained only on 16.09.2019, prima facie it cannot be said that there is inordinate delay in considering the revision and in passing orders. Thus, no direction can be issued to dispose of the revision within a short time frame. However, the Collector/Joint Collector, after affording due opportunity to the parties, shall pass orders on the revision filed by the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
The Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J Date:25.10.2019 KH
