THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1379 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 20.04.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.13983 of 2017, wherein and whereby this Court directed the 3rd respondent-Tahasildar, to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 6-A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced proceedings dated 03.08.2018 stating that in pursuance to the aforesaid order passed by this Court in the writ petition the application of the petitioner was disposed of, as such, there is no violation of the orders passed by this Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader and placing the said proceedings dated 03.08.2018 on record; the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 03.08.2018, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
