THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.2766 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in confirming the Ph.D. to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the second respondent to award the Ph.D. to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
