THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26070 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing counsel for the respondent municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners submitted representation on 19.06.2017 to the respondent Corporation, but no action has been taken so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the respondent Corporation to take action on the said representation in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the respondent Corporation will consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation in accordance with law. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the respondent Corporation to consider and take appropriate action on the representation, dated 19.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners. No order as to costs.
