HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL W.P.No.30280 of 2022 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction especially one in the nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned award dt 01/02/2022 passed in I D No 35 of 2017 on the file of the Chairman-cum-VI Addl District and Sessions Court Godavarikhani and published on 13/05/2022 in GO Rt No 127 and quash the same as being illegal unjust perverse and without jurisdiction and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case".

Learned counsels appearing both sides seeks to close the writ petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the writ petition before the Lok Adalat, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee wherein an award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 12.11.2022.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed by taking into consideration of the compromise decree awarded by the Hon'ble Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
