ORDER:
This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties have placed before the Court a joint memo signed by the representatives of the petitioner and the respondent as well as their respective counsel, wherein it is stated that both the parties have agreed to amicably settle the issues as per which the respondent has agreed to pay the petitioner Rs.16,50,000/- under three post dated cheques. The petitioner has, therefore, expressed its desire to withdraw the Company Petition as not pressed.
