Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the contempt case does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the contempt case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case, shall stand dismissed.
