THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT APPEAL No.386 OF 2015 JUDGMENT:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This writ appeal is filed challenging the interim order, dated 29.4.2015, in W.P.No.11586 of 2015.

2. Heard.

3. Admittedly, a case in Crime No.40 of 2015 of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad was registered for the offences punishable under Section 9(O) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 23 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000. During the course of investigation, the appellant organization was seized along with the premises and some property; the premises was kept under lock and key and the keys were handed over to the Magistrate concerned.

4. The grievance of the appellant Organization, if any, can be redressed by filing necessary application before the Magistrate concerned. Hence, the impugned order needs no interference by this Court and the writ appeal is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ appeal shall stand closed. ______________________
