This Writ Petition is filed challenging the Award, dated 10.04.2008, in I.D.No.74 of 2004 passed by the Labour Court, Anantapur.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that Adoni Cotton Mills was closed and in view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
