THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34242 of 2011 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on dated 27.12.2011, the respondent permitted the petitioner for interview and further selection process and the panel is prepared, wherein she finds at Sl.No.2 and in view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive any further.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to assail the said empanelment, if the petitioner is aggrieved thereby.

With the liberty, as prayed for, the writ petition stands closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
