This petition is filed under Section 24 read with 151 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1402 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

A perusal of the record reveals that the respondent herein filed O.P.No.1402 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar against the petitioner herein under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is not interested to prosecute O.P.No.1402 of 2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
