This Company Application is filed by M/s. Mylan Laboratories Limited (Transferee Company) for a direction to convene the meeting of unsecured creditors for considering the scheme of amalgamation. This Court by order, dated 03.11.2015, has appointed a Chairperson for holding the meeting as referred to above. The Chairperson has filed his report dated 20.01.2016 before this Court. The said report is accordingly taken on record and the Company Application stands disposed of.
