No. 23236 of 2019 Dt: 31-10-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's son, namely P. Chandra Raja Shekar Reddy, the alleged detenu, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

Mr. N. Manohar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
