HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20134 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering the crime on the petitioner's complaints dated 01.03.2018 and 23.05.2018 on the file of 3rd respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that since the offences are noncongnizable offences, as per the directions of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajam, a case in Crime No.55/2018 was registered on 04.04.2018, for the offences under sections 427, 323, r/w.34 IPC; that investigation is in progress; that during the course of investigation, notice under Section 41 A Cr.P.C. was issued against the accused; and that after investigation charge sheet is also filed on 28.05.2018 against A1 to A4 vide C.C.No.117/2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
