THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1726 of 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 17.08.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.410 of 2012 in M.C.No.138 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case granting liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is accorded.
