Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner alleges that she purchased agricultural land admeasuring Acs.5.25 guntas in Survey No.62/A situated at Julurpadu Village and Mandal, Khammam District, and she has been in continuous possession and enjoyment of the said property. She alleges that she made representation dated 05.08.2019 to the Tahsildar, Julurpadu Mandal, Khammam District, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Since petitioner has not made application in prescribed proforma in Form VI-A under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make application in Form VI-A through online web portal seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records. On receipt of such application, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
