Petitioner, who is A4 in Cr.No.145 of 2016 on the file of S.H.O., Achampet Police Station, Nagarkurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386 and 120 b IPC and 25 (1) (A) and 27 of Arms Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

The petitioner/A4 has earlier filed bail application before this Court and the same was dismissed on merits, vide order, dated 14.03.2019 in Crl.P.No.1132 of 2019. In this present bail application, no new grounds whatsoever have been assigned by the petitioner. Hence, there are no grounds to allow the application. 3.
