HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16265 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner - A2, the condition to the extent that " who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each in the name of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chodavaram" imposed in the order dated 07.11.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3712 of 2016 in Crime No. 53 of 2016 of Kothakota Police Station, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S. Act at Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioner, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
