HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION Nos. 21694, 21698, 21699, 21700, 21701, 21702, 21703, 21704 and 21705 OF 2002 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) None appears for the petitioner. These petitions are pending since 2002. On 31-10-2002 in Writ Petition Nos.21694, 21698 and 21699 of 2002, interim orders were passed by this Court whereby respondents were directed to release vehicles in favour of the petitioner on conditions mentioned in the orders. It is not clear whether the conditions are complied. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting these petitions further and, hence, no one is coming forward to work out the petitions. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss these petitions for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
