HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.31981 OF 2012 ORDER:

The petitioners complain against non-issuing of route permits by respondents 1 and 2 as illegal and arbitrary. Mr.K.Ramanuja Chari, on instructions, submits that from 23.07.2013 under a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.3, the route permits are given to petitioners as well. The statement is placed on record. May be it is for this reason the petitioners are not coming forward to work out the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
