In view of the same, following the order dated 04.09.2015 rendered by this Court in W.P.No.13454 of 2015 & batch and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
