None appears for the petitioner.

The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in according permission to the fifth respondent for running Bar & Restaurant by proceedings, dated 17.06.2017. The said licence was issued for a period of one year and the period of licence is coming to an end. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
