The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal, in view of the settlement arrived between the parties out of the Court. A letter dated 28.11.2017 to that effect was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 2.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
