HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT APPEAL No.629 of 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the following interim order, dated 20.06.2016, passed on WPMP No.23209 of 2016 in W.P.No.18915 of 2016.

"There shall be interim suspension as prayed for. Further, the third respondent shall proceed with conducting of the meeting as per the requisition of the Members for expressing the "No Confidence Motion". We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the parties have agreed for the order that we propose to pass and have fairly stated that we need not record reasons for the same. Hence, we pass the following order:

"If a meeting as per the requisition of the Members for expressing the "No Confidence Motion" is conducted and if the resolution is passed, same shall be subject to further orders that may be passed in the writ petition and/or Rev.WPMP No.30304 of 2016. If no confidence resolution is carried against the appellant, District Cooperative Officer-respondent No.3 in the writ petition shall not conduct the election to the post of Vice President of the respondentSociety without permission of the Court.

All contentions on merits are kept open."

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
