CVNR, J & TRJ ASMP.No.95 of 2017 In/and AS.No.727 of 2012 Dated:06.02.2017 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Appeal Suit No.727 of 2012 is filed against judgment and decree, dated 16.6.2012, in O.S.No.7 of 2010 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Warangal. The appellants have filed ASMP.No.95 of 2017 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. At the hearing, Mr. S.Chalapathi Rao, the learned counsel for the appellants, requested for the said permission. In view of the above, permission is accorded and ASMP.No.95 of 2017 is allowed.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the Appeal Suit, ASMP.No.2100 of 2012 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
