THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.37 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Apart from the fatal defect in the cause-title, even on merit, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Firstly, the Censor Board, which is an expert body has cleared this film for exhibition. No detailed particulars have been given with regard to the obscenity of the film. Unless it is shown that the decision of the Censor Board is patently absurd and illegal, the writ Court cannot interfere with the same.
