In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 seeks to quash the proceedings in S.C. No.293 of 2011 on the file of II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 I.P.C.(Crime No.318 of 2006 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad) 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced letter, dated 23.06.2018, of Sub-Inspector of Police, Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad and submitted that S.C. No.293 of 2011 ended in acquittal on 19.03.2015 and therefore, the petition, which is filed to quash the proceedings in S.C. No.293 of 2011, has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as such. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
