This Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the order dated 29.07.2013 passed in 1.A.No.3814 of 2010 in A.S.No.289 of 2008, on the file of ll Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, filed by the petitioners/respondents under Section 1 07(2) and Order Vl Rule 17 read with Section 151 of C.P.C., seeking amendment of the plaint in O.S.No.3821 ot 2004 on the file of Vlll Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for revision petitioners is called present. 3.
On perusal of the case status, which was tagged along with the main case, reveals that the appeal suit itself i.e. A.S.No.2B9 of 2008 was disposed of on24.07.2018, hence, the civil revision petition is listed under the caption "lnfructuous Matters". Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition and this revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
