Copy of the final report has been handed over by the Government Pleader for Home to the counsel for petitioner. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner states that he would take appropriate steps in the matter.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
