When the matter was called on 08.08.2017, since there was no representation for the appellant, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. In fact, the defendant in O.S.No.258 of 1991 on the file of learned V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, preferred the present appeal aggrieved over decreeing the aforesaid suit for Rs.3,00,000/-.

3. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
