Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Petitioners' grievance is that pattedar passbooks and title deeds were not issued to them in spite of representation made by them on 10-09-2012 to the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that the petitioners should apply in Form-6A with the supporting documents to 3rd respondent under the provisions of the AP Record of Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 and if such an application is made, the respondents will consider and dispose of the matter in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. 4.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents to consider and dispose of petitioners' representation and pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of submission by the petitioners and communicate the said order to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
