THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1001 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A2 in L.P.C. No.61 of 2004 in C.C. No.428 of 1997 on the file of the court of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial court may be directed to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose of L.P.C. No.61 of 2004 in C.C.
