The Principal v. Kupparapu Himaja
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Appeal No.934 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sri Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Tarun G. Reddy, Learned Counsel for the appellant, would submit that this appeal, under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, has been preferred against the interlocutory order passed by the Learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P.No.22104 of 2016 in W.P.No.15945 of 2016 dated 10.06.2016, and W.P.No.15945 of 2016 was itself subsequently dismissed as withdrawn, by order dated 14.12.2016. As this appeal is preferred against the interlocutory order passed in the Writ Petition, and as the Writ Petition itself has been dismissed as withdrawn, the cause in this Writ Appeal does not survive and the Writ Appeal has become infructuous. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs. ________________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ ____________________________ Dr.SHAMEEM AKTHER, J Date:30.01.2017.
