Ramachandra Rao) The petitioner's grievance is that an execution application filed under Order XXI, Rule 106 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner in E.P. 80 of 2018 in ARB.No.29 of 2017 before the Agent to the Government at Bhadradi Kothagudem District on 15.10.2019 has not been taken up by the said Authority.

2. In view of the said contention, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the Agent to the Government, Bhadradri - Kothagudem District to decide the said E.A. within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
