HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29166 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in completing disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Roc.No.4599/2015/C1, dated 31.08.2015, as illegal and arbitrary and in violation of G.O.Ms.No.526, dated 19.08.2008 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to implement the said G.O, thereby reinstating the petitioner into service with entire back wages. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that already petitioner is reinstated vide proceedings dated 09.09.2017 and that the respondents will communicate the said proceedings to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to communicate the reinstatement proceedings dated 09.09.2017 to the petitioner enabling him to join the duty. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
