Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S. Prasad, learned Counsel for the State Bank of India, also confirms this. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as the cause no longer survives for consideration.

Interim order dated 20.09.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
