1 This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.4 in C.C.No.174 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

2 Despite several adjournments being given, the learned counsel for the petitioner / A.4 is not in a position to say whether the case is still pending before the trial Court or not. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case.
